Home Sweet Home

My home is so special to me. When I think of home, I think of the delicious smells filling my house as I walk through the door. I hear the sizzling of my mom’s scrumptious cooking on the stove. She makes the best tacos and lasagna and it makes me feel loved and warm inside. Home is my neighbourhood where I have friends to play with, so I can run and get my energy out and I can enjoy it because I am not lonely. Home is a sunny day when the sun is shining on me as I walk and run down my street, fearless and calm because I know I am safe. Home is watching movies on the couch with my family at night and falling asleep beside my dad in my old homely blanket. No one can take my home away from me because it is mine forever. I think it is extraordinary. My home sweet home!
