Home is not a place… it’s a feeling?

You may be walking around a neighborhood and see houses but did you ever think of a home? Home is a memory like the time all my friends and family came over to see my puppy, Axl the day I got him! Home is love that surrounds my house in a cycle and never stops. Home is the only place where my mom’s delicious banana bread muffins are served. The smell of them, when I walk in the door from a not so bright day, cheers me up immediately. At home, my family enjoys many different celebrations, like Christmas when we get so many presents, birthdays when we celebrate the day each other was born and Valentine's day when we give each other candies and I get roses from my grandparents every year! A home is a bedroom with a comfortable bed to sleep in and get tucked in by parents that I love so much. In my home. my stuffies and my blankets are placed which makes me feel calmed and relaxed. Home is where I feel welcome when I arrive home from school or times away. Home is where I feel welcome, safe, happy, and loved. Here on earth, I think all humans deserve their very own home.
