The Meaning of Home

Home is a place where I feel safe, trusted and loved. I am so thankful that my family and I are loved forever. When I walk home, I see my dog and my parents and I feel loved. When I open my door I hear happiness. I feel safe because I have a guard dog and have parents who protect me. I know my family loves me because they are kind to me. They play board games with me and it makes me feel happy. They make me laugh by telling jokes. My bed makes me feel comfortable because it has a soft mattress, a cozy blanket, and a puffy pillow. My dog makes me feel happy because he’s always there for me. He plays with me and he’s cuddly. I am so thankful and grateful for my home and family. Some people don’t have families and homes. I am lucky to have a family that loves me. I think a home is a cozy, beautiful, safe and caring environment. I am fortubate that I have a home.
