This Is My Home

The smell of flowers, the wonderful cooking, the movie nights, the big feasts. The smell of home is like no place else. I can feel the soft fur of my dog. When I go home my dog comes running to the door jumping on me! I can taste the delicious chocolate cookies that my grandma has made. The warm blanket on my bed is the snuggliest ever! The mattress is the comfiest, so comfy that you can't imagine anything better. The smell of the pool in my backyard is amazing. I float in my floatie, and swim like a dolphin. The nice summer days which my family and I spend outside. This is my home and it will always be my safe place.
