What Home Means to Me

What home means to me by Piper Freiheit I'm piper and I'm here to talk to you about the meaning of home. Home can mean different things to all of us. Sometimes it’s people, sometimes it's a house, or sometimes it’s animals. Anyways, I would like to share with you my ideas of what home means to me. First of all, there’s pets. There are pets in so many homes, and to me, they all make it feel complete. My dog makes me feel loved, and, in my opinion, that’s how you should feel at home. For example, when my dog wasn’t home for a while, it felt lonely, and I didn’t feel at home. Another time, I was sad, and she cheered me up! Another example of home for me is the dance studio. I really love dancing and I enjoy watching it too! The dance studio is a familiar place, it’s also a fun place, too. I have been going for six years now! We laugh a lot! My last example of home is my family. They always make me feel at home and I don’t like it when someone goes away because then I really miss them! I love my family a lot! My dad has to leave sometimes, and it feels lonely when he does. Well, those are all my examples of home. I hope you liked hearing my version of home. Also, don’t forget, home is a special place. I think everyone deserves one.
