A Synonym for Home

Home is loving, kind and safe and honest. Like a mother eagle protecting her chick in the nest. Home means friends and family all having fun. It never makes you want to run Home is a safe haven and a comfort zone. That makes you warm from skin to bone. Home is a feeling not just a place, a feeling that you should embrace. A place that keeps me warm and fed. The place that I sleep with a roof over my head. The place I feel excepted for who I am, straight gay lesbian or trans. And whether our homes are big, small, fancy, or tall. It’s where we belong, a place for all.
