What is Home?
Home is your family. Your mom, dad, sister and brother, grandparents too. Home is the people who take care of you and who love you. They are there for you and they welcome you home after a long day. Home is where you sleep at night cozy and snug under your blanket, waiting to be woken up by family. The family who consoles you through hard times. Home is family.
Home is your shelter, the place you live. Where you eat and drink and be yourself. Home is your room, your bed, where you feel safe. Home is where your family is. Home is where you come home to after school with the smell of delicious food being cooked. Home is where you live.
Home is where you grow up, your childhood. It is the place where you will grow up, always cared for by family. It’s the times that you eat with your family at dinner or sitting on the couch watching movies until 11:00. Home is the time you spend with family.
Home is the memories of the time you went on a road trip or went camping with your family and getting several mosquito bites. Home is the memories of baking with mom and learning how to cut the vegetables. Home is remembering playing outside in the yard having a snowball fight. Home is the memories with family.
Home is where you live. Home is when you spend time with family. Home is the memories with family. But mostly, home is love and family.
