Meaning of Home

What does “home” mean to you? Well for me, home is the feeling of being safe and loved. I love it when my dad makes ribs for dinner. It is the best food in the world. It’s like a jumbo sized blaket of happiness and freedom. At my home, I play video games with my friends and my brother. I also love it when my mom makes homemade mac n’ cheese. I also am so lucky to have a mom and dad that built an epic boxfort in our basement for my brother and I to play games and wach tv in. My room has a computer that I love, along with all of my amazing book’s that I enjoy reading. I love when my Grandma comes over to visit and helps me make the best chocolate chip cookies ever; that is just the best smell in the entire world! Habitat for Humanity is a wonderful organization that is making homes for the homeless and those less fortnate. These homes will give others a place to make cookies and enjoy mac n’ cheese in! It will allow them to have a roof over their heads and a warm, safe place to call home. A house has walls and beams but a home is made of love and happiness. That is what home means to me and my family.
