What Home Means to Me

Home is a place where you feel safe, loved, happy and you make memories. A house is a place made with bricks, wood, and stone, a home is made with family and friends. Home is a place where you can be yourself and do anything you want. Home is a place where you feel safe and you do not feel unsafe or threatened about anything. Home is a place where you feel happy like at Christmas or you hear lots of laughter at the dinner table at Thanksgiving. If home was a touch it would feel like a warm blanket on the coldest of nights. If home was a sound it would sound like it would sound like laughter of you and your family. If home was a smell it would smell like fresh cookies right out of the oven. If home was a taste it would taste like a fresh meal. If home was a sight it would look like the most beautiful sight you would ever see.
