What Home Means to Me

For me, home is a place of hockey and skating, For others this may not be true. To me, home is a place of fun and games, We’re busy, we’re loud, we’re funny too. Home is a place of comfort and joy, Where you can have fun or just play with a toy. Home is a place where you hear laughter, And you want to join in on it after. Home is a place to eat pumpkin pie on special celebrations, Or you could eat a different food from another nation. Home is simply a good place to be, Because a house is just walls, nothing else to see. And that’s what home means to me, A place of laughter, skating, and family.
