The Feeling of Home

The feeling of being at home is wonderful.For one I feel loved,safe, and happy. Sometimes I even feel mad and sad but most of the time I feel happy,loved and safe in my home. My family is my home to me. They bring me joy especially when we play games or go on a trip.My family is also loving,caring and funny especially my brothers!My family makes me happy. My family is my home where I feel safe.When ever we go on trips or it's a holiday I spend it with my family.When it's Christmas my home smells like cinnamon buns and mint.Your home will have a smell too. Instead of having just a feeling at home there is also a smell to your home.The smell could be your mom or dad’s home cooked meals and even your mom’s perfume. My home mostly smells like my mom’s perfume. Whenever I go away from home I take a special stuffie with me and spray it with my moms perfume to smell like home.My home comforts me in a way that if I’m somewhere I don't want to be I want to be home.With my family, the smell and feeling of home that's where I want to be. My family is everything to me even if I didn't have a house I’d still have a home.Memories,love,family and happiness keeps my home together.Even simple memories are still important like going for picnics and walks with your family!The places that comfort me and make me feel safe is with my family.They make me feel safe when I’m scared.I just hope that one day everyone will have a safe home.
