Home = Life

My home. My home is not a dull house you drive by everyday. My home is my life. It’s a place I feel welcomed when I feel up or down. It’s a perfect comfortable home. A place I feel joyful, a place I can run around with my sister as the carpet feels soft on my foot. A place I can write in my slick notebook as the aroma of dinner fills my nose swiftly. An elegant place I can sing loudly and happily while a song blares in the background. I can build all sorts of big thin sleek inventions. I feel the wood under my finger lightly as I cut into the wood with my dad. A place I can feel sentimental and think about the things I’ve done wrong. My home is a place my broad memories are. My home is my life! My home. My home is not a dull house you drive by everyday. It’s a meaningful place I can acknowledge our lord. An area I can remind myself of is how lucky we are to deserve a house, fresh water, and food. I feel my home has a different significance than anything else. When I'm at home I see the broad world differently. As I relax and the soft feel of my pillow clears my head I can see life on a different scale. I glance around watching the bright vivid colors of my comfortable room float by in my eyes. I feel the feeling of the thick pages on a book under my soft delicate fingers can’t be beat. My home is a brilliant happy area where I can relax as the oily taste of a thin pizza enters my mouth. I can wrap myself in a soft cuddly blanket and settle down as I draw my attention to a mysterious movie playing. My home is my life. My home. My home is different from the dull house you drive by everyday. I can feel the thick and soft fur as I look down at my musty colored dog when we are taking a stroll. As I see my friends I feel joy in my stomach. I feel excited as I take one rich lick of my melty chocolate ice cream as the ice cream truck drives away from view. I inhale as the sweet whiff of the summer fills my lungs. I can hear the sound of younger kids running around actively. Home means This stunning home is my life. I know this neighborhood is my life as I bike up and down our street looking down I can see my bike's chunky wheel gliding across the slick road. My home is my life. My home. My home is not a dull house you drive by everyday. My home means somewhere I feel safe and secure and also loved. I can always remind myself of how lucky I am to have a shelter. I know some people don’t. I want to make that change. So this is why my home will always be my life no matter how old or weak I get. My home is my life.
