What Home Means to Me

A house is just a building, it could be a car, a tent, or even a park bench. To me a home is where I can sink into my sofa snuggled up in a fluffy blanket with my family. Watching a funny movie and eating Miss Vickey's Salt and Vinegar chips with the delicious smell cutting through the air. My homes are full of laughter and craziness, with four dogs, two cats and six people living at my dad’s house. One cat, and three people at my mom’s house. Each house is filled with love, excitement, and adventure. Lots of people do not have homes like us. Sometimes your house is in a bad area of town, or your house is not in a good condition. It can be stressful when you do not feel safe in your own house. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get comfortable. Everyone should feel safe and be able to call their house home.
