What is Home

Home is a place where I can be myself. I feel safe in my home. Home is a feeling. It makes me feel happy. If home was a scent, it would be the smell of my mom baking cookies. Delicious! Home isn't just your house, it's the family and people you live with that makes your house a home. My home is special and it makes me so sad that some people don't have a home. It doesn't matter if you live in a house, a library, or a boat. It's the love of a family that makes it a home. If I really liked books, my home would be the library. And if I really liked the ocean, my home would be the beach or a boat. I really like the beach. When I am home, I feel relaxed and happy. I can be myself when I am home and that's cool! I can be relaxed and not worried when I am home. I have a very nice big brother and we have so many memories. My home is school. I really like my school because I learn lots of interesting things. In my school, my teachers are very nice. And this is what home means to me.
