What the Meaning of Home is to Me

Wendy Wunder said “The magic thing about home is that it feels good to leave and it feels even better to come back.” I totally agree with this quote because The meaning of home to me is comfort. It’s a place where I feel safe and can be myself. In my home I feel love and have a lot of fun with my family. My home is a place that protects me from thunder and lightning and anything bad. It’s a warm place that I come to each night and have a bed to have a good night sleep in . It’s the place that has all of my favourite people. I like waking up in my house and always getting to come back to it at the end of each day. My home feels like love, joy and happiness. When I think about people who aren’t as lucky as me and who don’t have that feeling of it being their favourite place it makes me sad. Everyone deserves a place filled with joy, happiness and love. They should have a place that keeps them safe and warm. Nobody deserves to be living on the streets and not have a proper roof over their head. Everyone should know where they are going to sleep every night and have the basic necessities.
