The Meaning of H.O.M.E

Home is where you feel welcome . Home smells like fresh flowers just picked from my mom’s garden, with the sweet smell of Lilac. Home tastes like fresh cookies just taken out of the oven, baked by my grandma . Home feels like a warm heated blanket, sitting on your favorite chair, watching your favorite movie. Home sounds like family and friends talking and laughing with each other. Home looks like a peaceful and safe place. I am so glad I have a safe home. I am sorry to those who lost home. I feel like crying every single time I see people without a home and just want to find a safe and happy place for them so they can feel like they have a safe place to go. This is why I think it is important to have somewhere you call “home “.
