Meaning of Home

A house is not about the money or how big it is. It's about the family and the people you live with. Everyone should have a home that is their space. A place where they feel safe. A place where you have your family cooking and what it smells like. It’s not like other cooking. It's like your favourite pie being made on Thanksgiving or the smell of a clean room just after your dad cleaned it. It's about the fresh food you come home to after a long day of school. You ask to taste test it but your mom says no it's for dinner. A home should be about love when you come home on a long day and they kiss you and hug you and ask how's your day and you say it was great. The love is going to bed and they say goodnight and sing you a song and the love you share together. It's about the fun and laughter you have when you spend time together like playing family games or just laughing and making jokes. It isn't about the things you have in your house like a couch or a fridge. It is about the people you live with and how they love you.
