Meaning of Home

Home is a place where we can feel safe with family and friends and play board games, watch movies and eat dinner. Home is a place where we can cuddle up with family and talk about how good your day was. At home I feel safe and protected. When life is hard our wonderful parents are always there to help us. Home is a place where dinner is on the table every night. Some people don't even have dinner on the table. We are really privileged to have amazing families. Home is a place where you can make memories with your family and friends. Where we eat fresh pancakes with delicious Canadian maple syrup. Home is the town where I grew up playing games outside on hot summer days, wheel playing road hockey, Playing hockey on the rink with friends at 6.00 in the morning with friends. At home I feel like I matter. Home is going to community events ,eating delicious food from the food trucks, learning about different cultures, and learning about our beautiful country that we live in. The astonishing mountains that I hike on during weekends. Home is fishing with my dad and brother on weekends and eating the delicious fish that we catch. I'm proud to have a home in a wonderful community.
