Home

Home is where I get to sleep for a long or short time! It's a place where I can have fun with my sister, brother and with my parents too. It's a safe place to be at, when I'm feeling sick or if it’s a no school day for me, like the weekends. Then, I get to play video games with my friends or cousins! Home is where I get to go outside, enjoy the fresh air and play. In winter, I like going sledding, shoveling the snow with my dad or having a Snowball Fight. It's a place to tidy up the room, sweep the floors and washing the dishes and mopping the floors. I mostly clean with my mom. She'd even go and put music on and she would even sing along! Home is where I show or keep my feelings like being sad, mad or Happy :) When my family is talking together, I'd join their chat too. I’d talk in English or Persian. When we go to someone's home, they’d welcome us and say Salaam! and we’d get comfortable and warm. Home is where my family and I would celebrate my sister’s birthday. We'd invite our cousins, and my mom would be recording my sister while everyone sang “Happy Birthday!” and we go to my basement and play a game tag or hide and seek! My family and I would eat my favorite foods or different kinds of dishes my mom makes! Home is where my dad would invite my grandma and we’d welcome her to our home. She'd tell me to get her tea or she’d tell a story about when I was a baby or a kid! I love my Home! :)
