Meaning of Home

Home, something many people wish to have. Home, something those who have it usually take for granted. We should never take it for granted. Once we no longer have it, we will be sorrowful. Home is a place we live. It is where our family lives. It is usually where our loved ones come if they are visiting. A place you should always be grateful to have. If you have a large mansion, you have almost everything in the world, you an incredible amount of money, but you live alone or with people you hate or people that do not appreciate you, you will feel mournful. Home can be anywhere where you find shelter, your family, where you feel a little more safer. A homeless man has a home, it is on the streets. It may not be the safest home though. Many people will call the homeless man poor, and it may be true. But if the homeless man is grateful for the little shelter he does have, the little food he does have, the resources he does have, the family he has, he is very rich. Many people in the situation of that man won’t appreciate a single thing they have. Instead, they will focus on what they don’t have and are usually very negative. The homeless man that does appreciate is rich, in terms of loving the world around him, being appreciative, positive. He doesn’t need money; he already is rich and no one will ever be as rich as him. He can appreciate things that are very hard to appreciate. I will never be able to be thankful for being broke and homeless, especially after living a normal life. Home can be anywhere and everywhere, aslong as you feel safe and have family, it is home.
