Home: My Safe Haven

Home. According to Oxford’s English dictionaries, home can have multifarious definitions. According to many people, home might be the place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household. However, according to me home is my safe haven. I love home every second of my life, and I cannot live without the thought of going home. Home is a tranquil, idyllic, and undisturbed place in my opinion. I tend to think of it as place to explore and try all new sorts of thing. I haven’t ever dreaded stepping a foot into my house. It isn’t a chamber in which I am unable to release myself from the restraints. These restraints become fear & dismay which only weakens my way of comprehending knowledge. Home is where I can express my feelings without being judged. I have the prerogative of speaking without overthinking every individual word to the slight risk of being called out because of the choices I tend to make. My home is a place I can truly be myself. Home is a place to build memories as well as a way to build future wealth. Memories are made with time spent with your loved ones. Family dinners and your parents helping you with projects is only because of the home that built this reminiscence. I always think about those who don’t get a home to make memories in and be free in. The thought of home makes me feel safe and guarded. This sense of physical safety is essential for feeling at home. These people have done nothing wrong to deserve less than us. It is important to be obliged for what we have. All this content is what I think of it. It is what my safe haven means to me. My home.
