House vs. Home

A house is made of concrete, bricks, and drywall. My family's home is made of happiness, love, giggles and kindness. A Bed is made out of cotton, wood and fabric. My bed is made out of Dreams! A Couch is made out of wood, leather, and metal. My couch is made of memories. A dining room table is made out of wood. My Dining room table is made of laughter, turkey dinners, and people that love me. A Home theater is made of plastic, hardwood and food. My Home theater is made of my dads dance moves and Buttery Popcorn from the red popcorn machine. A patio is made of cement. My Family's patio is made of stories, s’mores by the fire, and laughter that makes us fall to the ground. To me, my house is the best house because it's the place where I can be myself. I hope habitat for humanity can give a place to call home to lots of people. I want people to experience the way I feel about my home.
