The word Home means to be safe and to be in a comfort zone The difference between a house and home is that a home can be a house or an apartment, but it could also be a tent, a boat. A House refers to a building in which someone lives. A home provides us with shelter, privacy, and space to breathe. All homes are different. Some are big; some are small. Homeless people don't have a home. That is why people called them homeless. The meaning of homeless is a person without a home, and therefore typically living on the streets.
