What is a home? A home is a place where you feel safe and comfortable. A home can be anything or anywhere. It could be in a tree or on the water, in a boat. A home could be made out of sticks, wood, bricks, or even made out of metal. A home is where you have food and water and things you need to survive. Your home is where you spend most of your life. Your home is where you live with loved ones. What reminds you of home? A home has stuff that reminds you of it. Like food or a person or simply a picture. These things are very important to people. Sometimes, something that reminds you of a home is a taste. It could be homemade pasta or homemade pizza. It could also be a sound. It could be a dog barking or a cat meowing. All homes are special. They will have a smell or sound when you walk. Some people don't have a home. Maybe they have a house, but not a home. A house is a structure that you have and live in. A home is a place where you feel safe and comfortable. A home could be an apartment building that you love and live in and it has memories. A home is where you sleep and eat ( most of the time ). A home is a place that you love and care about. All homes have traditions( which are the heart of the home ). A home most of the time has a picture or muriel that reminds you of family, friends, or loved ones. No matter where you are, you could have a home. Whether it is a hut, or a teepee, it could still be a home, if it is loved and cared about, and has memories. It just needs love.
