My Meaning of Home

When I think of home, I see my cousins and me running up and down, talking, laughing, and watching cartoons together. When I think of home, I see my mom and I cooking and listening to music together. When I think of home, I hear my grandma telling me she loves me every single day before I leave to get on the bus for school. When I think of home, I hear my mom asking me what I want to do every time I was bored. When I think of home, I can imagine smelling my mom cooking my favourite type of noodles. When I think of home, I have to smell my mom's favourite perfumes every time she hugged me before she left home for work or before I left home for school. When I think of home, I can taste my mom's delicious rice covered in fried stew and fried chicken. When I think of home, I can taste every well-prepared breakfast made by my grandma, and it is eating serenity. When I think of home, I can feel the touch of all my family members and my friends when they hug me, when they bump into me, and when they hold my hand. This is my meaning of home.
