What Home Means to Me

What does home mean to you? Well to me, home is a place where my family lives, where I hear laughter and joy. When I come home from school, I smell my mom and dad’s cooking. I feel happy to be at home, I feel safe when I’m home. When I eat my parents cooking, I know that my parents cooked it, and that makes me feel at home When it’s night time, I can feel my warm blanket blocking bad feelings. Home is a place where everyone feels included, and I am very thankful for the family that I was given. I hope that everyone would have a good home for them to live in.
