Meaning of Home

Home is not just happy, it can be sad too. See Feel Smell See at home. I see my mom lying on her bed under the covers watching Tiktok. I see my grandpa sitting in his recliner eating leftovers from last night watching cop shows. I see my grandma chopping catters,potatoes and beef to put in the pot on the stove. Feel at home. I feel a mix of emotions but mostly sad. Sad because my mom is always yelling at me. Better when I'm on a call with my best friend. Smell at home. I smell nan making her traditional Newfoundland fish dish I smell my mom’s perfume of roses and apple cider. I smell sweet chocolate syrup to drizzle on my ice cream.
