Home

Home is a place where you can be loud, calm, happy, sad and so many more emotions. I have many places that feel like home. They are the swim club, ski hill, and wherever my family is. Swimming makes me feel calm, competitive and happy. When I am at swim practice I feel calm when I’m gliding through the water and when my hands touch the water when I’m diving in. When I’m at a competition I swim fast and want to win. This makes me feel excited. Skiing makes me feel at home when I go up the cold chair lift just to get the good powder. I also feel at home when I feel the snow on my hand scraping or go in the train park and try new tricks. My other home is where my mom is making chili, my dad is waxing my skis, my brother is playing with his mini stick and my sister is making her fresh chocolate cookies. Those are all my homes and I hope everyone has a special place to call home.
