Home is family. Even if you are out in a blizzard if you have family you are at home. Home can be anywhere. On a street On a mountain At your school In your house You can have a home even if you do not have a house Home can be anywhere Home is còsagach* When I feel còsagach I feel cozy, I feel warm, I feel loved, When I see còsagach I see a fire, I see a blanket, I see a book When I smell còsagach I smell pumpkin pie, I smell a campfire, I smell turkey When I taste còsagach I taste apple cider, I taste pumpkin, I taste warmth When I hear còsagach I hear the crackle of a fire, I hear the wind outside, I hear the pages of a book turning. When I see people homeless on the streets it fills me with sadness And so I hope to win not just for a prize but so that some people can have a better life.
