What does home mean to me?

Everyone lives in a different area, it might be a desert, the arctic or somewhere near a creek (etc.). No matter the area everyone lives in a home and this is a paragraph of what my home means to me. Home is the place where I am safe from the roaring rain of April, the cold snowy weather of December and the burning heat of July. My home gives me warmth in the cold periods of the year. My home gives me a place to sleep at the dark hours of the night. My home is my place to rest after a long greatly tiring day of studying at my school. My home is my protection area to quarantine in the harsh period of COVID 19, I have the opportunity of learning online at my home. My home is the place where I can embrace the fun of life by playing pool, checkers, cricket, soccer, basketball, tag, fetch with my dog, nerf battles, Pokémon cards, and other games with my friends and family. Home is the place where I take care of my little brother in my mother’s busy important work meetings when I come from my school at 4:00. When I am hungry, I go to my houses kitchen to cook food that I want to eat. I only need to cook food to eat rather than eating fast food which is unhealthy and travel a long way. I would have suffered to live if I did not have a house so, I think that we should be thankful to have a house as, some people live without a house and suffer to live.
