Meaning of Home

Home is like no other place on Earth where I would rather be. My home holds my dreams and hopes for the future. Home is like me swarming in cherry blossoms and relaxing in the cool breeze. My home holds an affluent amount of my childhood memories. My home is a peaceful place where I can be me. Home brings me an abundance of bliss and cherished happiness. Home is meaningful because of the amazing people in it. My family is a significant part of my home life. I love the freshly baked cookies my caring mother makes and the wonderful aroma I smell throughout. I can see my parents smile ear to ear, in my presence they are delighted. When I think of home I see a caring house blanketed in all the warmth and cuddles just like I get from my father. Outside my home, I may feel uncomfortable, I feel afraid and perhaps anxious and cannot express my true colors. Being at home allows me to sing at the top of my lungs. I enjoy my house catching all the waves of love. My home puts a roof over my head and when there is a winter storm with howling winds, I feel protected and safe.
