Home - The place where memories are made

When a home from the Habitat for Humanity association is built, you know it will be top of the line. They always have in mind what makes a happy and cheerful environment. To me a happy and cheerful home means that when you walk in the door whether rain or shine, thunder or lightning you know that you're loved. You know someone will be waiting inside excited to see you. When you walk into the dining room for dinner, the scent will overwhelm you with happy and safe feelings. On the evening of family game night, the laughter and sounds of family and friends washes away any bad feelings. When it's time for bed, I always get tucked in with a great big hug and a kiss from my parents. I hope the same happens to you. When I wake up in the morning, I walk downstairs to the scent of breakfast being made. Whether it's a morning with pancakes, bacon and eggs, or even just cereal, I know that it is always made with lots of love. When it's time to go school or wherever you're off to, all day long you will be looking forward to going back HOME! Back to where you belong. I really think that the Habitat for Humanity association has you covered. I hope after reading this you will donate to help get someone a new home, not just a house but a home, where they will spend the rest of their lives, creating new memories together with their loved ones.
