Meaning of Home Haiku

Meaning of Home Haiku by: Mimi 67 Hillcrest MS Home is where we eat. Our shelter and resting place. We all have a home. I would also like to share a poem I made. I would also like to allow us to acknowledge that either way if everyone loses, there will still be donations made. That is all that really matters. Everyone who contributes to trying, contributes $10 every time. The Truth About Home. By: Mimi 67 Hillcrest MS Home really doesn't always have to be a joyful happy place. Home can be an angering, joyful, sad and/or nauseating place. But home can also be a person. A person who can be named home can be a parent, or a really close friend. They can be somebody you see all the time. But not everybody wants or has somebody to call home. But home can be simply a tarp for cover to a huge mansion. You don’t need a roof over your head. Or a big fridge full of food. Home is somewhere you can rest or be at and know it’s safe. Sometimes people think that having a roof, lots of money, and all the necessities make a place a true home. But, to be honest, a home doesn't need to have walls, lights, or a garage. Home can be anything. A tent, a cave, a townhouse, and a condo. My home is a townhouse, and I am perfectly fine with that. You might not be living in a mansion like me, but I know I can rest and sleep peacefully. No matter big or small, we all have our own unique home.
