What home means to me

Hi my name is Serena. What home means to me is I feel protected when I'm home. My family is kind, sweet and great to get to know . My home is like the smell of my mom’s cooking and I love Friday because we all gather up and watch a movie together and I always get to pick. I love it when I get home. When I get home I feel really safe and loved. I love that my mom and dad look under my bed to see if there's monsters. I remembered when I was little me and my sister were playing princesses. It was fun and nice. I don't feel as comfortable when I'm at a person's house and not at home. I love my home. I always feel safe there. I remember when I was little our pipe burst and I had to stay at my grandmother's house for a month. It was ok but I felt more safe and protected at my own home. I feel really bad for people who don't have a home but when they can I hope they feel as comfy and protected as me . I love my home and I feel really safe inside it. My home is a place of fun, joy, family, laughter and crying but the home I live in is great and I love it and that is what home means to me.
