A Home

A Home My home. My home is where I can feel safe and free. My home includes my parents, brother and community. A home is where you are sheltered from rain, where you eat and where you sleep. A home is a place where you can feel comforted, safe, free and welcomed. A home is where you and your community share stories, games and laughter. A home reminds me of where I spend most of my time and is special. A home is where I can be me. I can be happy, sad, any type of emotion. A home is where I can take a break from school. A home is where I can lay on my bed thinking how could I do better with my subjects. A home is not a house but is 100 times better than a house. A house is a building where there is no love, no comfort but a home is my happiest place on earth. A home reminds me of my family and my neighborhood. My neighborhood is also part of my house too. You are surrounded by them every single day. A home is where I can breath and be alone. A home is where I can ride my bike, scooter and more. A home is something that you should love not something you should hate. I hope nothing happens to it so our community, friends and family won’t fall all apart.
