‘’Home is what you make it’’ This is a world famous quote used by many people around the world. I'm going to tell you what makes my home today. The three things that make my home are love, safety, and happiness. Love is very important to me. It's also very important that it's in my home. What puts love in my home? My family, I love my family just like my family loves me. This makes me feel accepted in my home. If someone's sick family is there, if someone feels down, family is there. A home can’t be a home without love. You know love is not the only thing that makes me feel accepted in my home there is also safety. Safety, home makes me feel safe. Any weather situation, home can keep me safe. Safety is also family, family always keeps you safe. My parents would always make sure that I’m not running inside the house because I could get hurt. I am very safe in my home and fortunate that I have safety. Happiness, happiness is important, happiness is the best feeling. Happiness keeps me happy. Without happiness you would be very miserable which can do a lot to your mental health. Happiness is the only thing your family and friends can only give to you, like playing board games and video games with my family and friends makes me feel joyful. I started off this essay by saying ‘’home is what you make it’’ but I am not the only person that makes my home my family does. That's why I'm fortunate to have a home but I'm even more fortunate to have a family. This is why I love my family and my home.
