❤ More than just a house❤

Home, a place where families gather at the dinner table, a place where you watch movies and eat popcorn. Home is a magical place where people feel safe when they are around the people they love. To me there is a big difference between a house and a home. A house is a shelter from the rain. It has a door, walls and a roof to keep you and your family safe. But a home is when you’re with your family and pets, it’s when you are safe mentally and physically, it's where you love and are loved by your family. When you’re home you feel like you can be you. It's where you can be goofy and fun. It hurts me so bad to know that some people are without a home especially during the winter when they are out there cold with no warmth. I'm so thankful for charities like Habitat for humanity it makes me so happy other people are trying to help our community too. In my home we laugh loudly, we make mistakes, we say we're sorry, we are patient, we cherish friends, we honor family , we are grateful, we share, and we love each other deeply. I believe everybody deserves a home like mine. “Home isn't really a place, it's the people who make it what it is. I have a great home”. -john o callaghan
