What is Home

What is home ? My home is A structure that keeps me and my family safe. My dad, my mom and my dog named Echo Protect us. My mom helps me through hard times. Home is spending time with my family. When we watch a movie with the fire crackling. Eating popcorn and laughing together. It is when my family and I go down to the creek. It is taking pictures together. Home is also eating dinner together around the kitchen table. Playing our family soccer game at 6:00. Swimming together at the pier and jumping off the big pier wall.Having a picnic at the park and playing a mini baseball game . Going to my nanny's house and having our Sunday supper. In the winter time, home is my family and I sliding on a big hill with our sleds. Home is skating at the rink together. Home is my family. Home is nature. Looking through the window seeing the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Watching the deer eating out of the bird feeder in my backyard. Walking down to the creek and hearing the birds chirping. The sound of the tiny waterfalls falling from rock to rock. My home is filled with love, laughter, and good old memories.
