The Home Poem

Family. The people I hang out with at home. Home makes me feel safe and calm. The warmth of my fireplace. The comfort of my bed. The taste of meals. And of course the memories. Home is the place where I am cared for. The silky touch of my dog’s fur. The sound of guitar music makes me think of home. Home is my happy place. Home is where I belong.
