What home is to me

What home is to me Home is a place where you feel happy, cozy and comfortable. It's where you feel loved, and included, it is where you feel like you are wrapped in blankets that have just been out of the dryer, and happiness is where you smile and laugh with your family. Home is not home without the people you love and make memories with. Someone once said that it doesn't matter what kind of house you've got, as long as it's a happy home. or the popular question, What is a happy home? To me, a happy home is having good relationships with the people I love and live with, and spending time with family and making memories with them. Christmas time is a good time to make memories because you spend time with family on christmas dinner, you open presents on christmas morning and you go play in the snow with your family. You can build a snowman or make snow angels and drink hot chocolate together. Me and my mom would always move and then different people came along with us, But my mom and I have always been there for eachother. Everywhere my mom is, I'm with her. My house is not a home without her. Two years ago, my mom had a baby. At first, it didn’t quite feel like the new baby was part of the glue that was my family. Now though, I know our glue has just gotten stronger. I love her very much and I know she’s never going to leave. In a home, trust means that you can talk to your family.That they won't judge you, they will love you no matter what.You don't have to worry about them telling anyone, And sometimes friends can be like family too.Because they are also trustworthy and you feel safe around them just like you do with your family. In my house, I feel very safe because I know there's locks on my doors and windows, and that my family is always with me no matter what will happen. ‘’It takes hands to build a house, but only hearts can build a home’’
