The True Meaning of Home

I come home after the cold freezing snow Snowflakes dancing on my long eyelashes. Maybe they're having a party And Melt as I enter my home as the fire flashes. The warm heat jumps on my skin as I grab my blanket cozy and warm the one that I have used since I was a baby. The one that keeps me safe from harm, The warm fireplace bouncing up and down as I look outside my window. I see me and my brothers igloo fort where all my memories used to grow. The round top of it is like a dome it's like a home I remember all of the baking, Especially that time when my dad forgot icing sugar. Dad used sugar and it tasted terrible. At the park after it rained, I would go on to the cold slippery monkey bars, blisters on my hand. Planning dates to go see friends and meet them in the park On new years I cuddled up in my parents blanket all snuggled up In my nice warm home hiding from all my fears. The fireworks jumped out like a cricket and launched like a rocket ship. Now let's build houses big or small and turn them into homes
