What Is A Home?

Home is the world's most welcoming place, where everybody feels comfortable. It's a cozy place where families make beautiful memories. Some people may have more than two houses but never more than one home. Home is the warmest, fluffiest, softest shelter that puts a big smile over our faces whether it's day or night. The comfiest weekend nights where me and my family gather in the living room to watch movies. The beautiful smiles they give me just honestly, pleasantly, pleases my heart so much. Home is the place where families help each other and never feel left out by the love of family. The home is the most important thing for a human being. It's made of memories, love, kindness not bricks and a roof. The taste of spaghetti, desserts and the cold fresh drinks on the dining table, the smell of my family’s warm hugs, the sight of crystal clear water in the swimming pool, the touch of the cold snow, the sound of my family’s voices across the living room. Habitat for Humanity is a special organization because it provides a house that can become a home over time.
