Home

For me home is where my family is. When I get home I see our cat welcoming me at the door. I see my cozy room which always makes me feel safe. When it’s dinner at home I love the smell of fresh food cooking. I am very lucky and grateful to have a home, a lovely family and good food to eat. I hear the sounds of my dad playing his guitar and my whole family laughing. It is always nice to hear the sound of my sister coming home from school because that means I am with her again. When I’m home I enjoy playing games with my dad and non stop laughing. I feel the soft fur of our cat as she brushes by me. At home I love to read with my mom, play with my dad and jump on our trampoline with my sister. At home I like to read books while drinking tea and cuddling on the couch with our cat. Overall I love my home.
