The Title of Home

Home is a title, given to a place. A home might be a building like a house, or a simple structure, as tiny as a room. Home is where every single need, big or small, can be fulfilled, such as hunger, thirst, or tiredness. But the word "home" doesn't only mean a place to live. Home is where your album of memories resides. Home is where you suppress and fight negative impacts. Home is where you feel safe and secure. Home is where you turn small ideas into reality. Home is where you feel loved and comfortable. Home is where something unfortunate may happen, but so will many good things. Home is a title, given to a place. You could have as many houses as you want, but they'll all feel like something’s missing if you never give a residence any emotional value. If you have many different feelings, can satisfy all your needs, feel safe and loved, and are unconditionally supported, it will change that place from hollow to complete making it a place to call home. Even though a home is a place, it doesn’t need to be a simple building. It can be a ward, town, city, or even a country. My home is the neighbourhood I have lived in for my entire life. Even though this place isn't just a building, I call it home because of everything that makes it such an ecstatic wonderland. My home has a myriad of happy memories. My home makes me feel safe and secure. My home is the paradise of my ideas. My home is where I learn from my mistakes. My home is where I have sorrowful frowns and gleeful smiles. My neighbourhood is a place I can call home. Home is a title, not just a place.
