Meaning of Home

While I was younger my home meant everything in the whole world to me. However, we had to move. I was so sad. I love our home. I asked mom why we have to move and she said, “It is too small for all of us.” Then the next day we went to see our new home. We stayed for 2 weeks. I missed our old home and I didn’t feel like this was home. Then mom and dad said this home is still too small. So we had to move again. This time it was big. It had a first and second floor. As soon as I stepped in, I felt like this was going to be home. We stayed there for 2 weeks and then 3 weeks. We had found us a home. Now I am at place where I feel safe, warm and comfy. Now I have a roof over my head and a comfy bed to sleep in. Everyone deserves to have a home.
