A Home is For Everyone

Not everybody has a home, so I am happy that Habitat Humanity is doing this project to allow students to help find families a home. Home. A place where you feel safe and comfortable. A house is the building, a home is the memories. Home is a place that has tradition, love and laughter. Home is a place where family gathers around the television for TV night. Home is a place where you have a roof over your head and food and water to eat and drink. Home is a place that you alway come back to. Home is not a specific person, it is several people, whomever you love. Home is a place where you have big holiday dinners with family and friends. A place where you come back from after a memorable vacation and reminisce on all the fun you had together. Home is the place where you come home from after a tough day of school and let all your feelings out. Home can be calm or crazy. You can be your true self at home because you know that your family will always love you forever. Home is a place where you can be free and curious. A place that will alway be there for you, to protect you. I am thankful to have my home with my loving family that cares for me. Everyone deserves to feel this way. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity for making this program for people that don’t have a home like me.
