Hello, my name is Mason, and I am competing in the Habitat for Humanity writing contest. Home is a place where you know you are safe. It should be a place where you do not have to worry about the bad things in this world. Home is a place to be warm underneath your blanket on cold winter nights and the fiercest winds. Home is a place to be happy and loved by your family. Home is a place with a roof over your head and being able to play with your family and toys without having to worry about rain and hail coming down onto you. Home is a place where you and your beloved family can have an amazing time. Home is a place to bake chocolatey cookies with your parents and grandparents and eat them with joy and happiness.
