Home to me is about family Its about the respect and love of my siblings The comfort and care from my parents Home is about participating in family activities My stuffed animals make me feel safe when im at home My dogs make me happy by being there when I have hard days My warm bed at home always makes me relax My home is about the scent of my moms chocolate chip cookies The taste of my babas (grandma) chicken noodle soup The laughter of my friends at cheerleading makes me happy My friends bring me joy by hanging out with me and making memories Some happy memories I have with my family are going to Mexico Every time I get a medal at gymnastics it puts a smile on my face At the end of the school day it makes me feel comforted to come home and snuggle up by the fire place And this is what home means to me
