Home is Beautiful

Home is Beautiful If home were a sight it would be a beautiful rainbow with sun and rain a beautiful sunset with red, orange, yellow and pink pretty clouds and watching it with my family If home were a sound it would be the laughter of my family around the living room table playing games and hearing the dog bark next door If home were a smell it would be freshly baked goods shared around the table with my family and my dad’s favorite candle being lit If home were a taste it would be hot chocolate with homemade whip cream and sugar cookies If home were a touch it would feel like a cozy Oodie on the coldest Winter nights I am thankful and grateful for my home because I have a warm bed with cozy blankets with a roof over my head and loved with my family and a healthy meal to eat Home feels like honesty, patience and understanding a place where I can be myself Everyone deserves to have their own space where their family loves them they feel safe and protected a place that is cozy and warm a shelter away from the bad weather.
