Meaning of Home

My apartment is located in Ukraine. l had to leave it 5 months ago. I had to leave my apartment and leave my country which I hadn't dreamed of all my life . The most favorite room in my house was my room with my brother. We had 2 parrots. They’re a girl and a boy. We always let them out and talked to them . We had to leave and they died of boredom. l got very sad when we moved because l‘m leaving my hometown and home and my friends. l cried for a long time but it was worth it because I visited different countries. Now that I’m in Canada, my home is different. I feel safe and I like this house too because I also liked this house that I now live in. There are 2 toilets in my house and there is a hall where I can watch television or shoot a video. My family loves this house very much. Translated from Russian
